CLASS REGISTRATION

Please read the below Student Enrollment Agreement prior to registering for classes.  You will be asked to acknowledge same when completing your class registration.

ATTENDANCE POLICY:  Per the Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission, students must attend at least 80% of the class time for pre-licensing courses and 90% of the class time for continuing education courses. If students miss more than the required class time, it will be the student's responsibility to make arrangements to make up missed hours. An official transcript will not be issued until hours are made up.

REFUND POLICY:  If cancellation occurs prior to the first class, tuition will be refunded in full. If cancellation occurs after the first class but prior to the start of the second class, students will receive a full refund minus a $50.00 service charge. C.O.R.E. Knowledge, LLC reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment. If C.O.R.E. Knowledge, LLC cancels a class, a full refund will be issued.
