HEATHER WAHL, School Director and Lead Instructor
Heather brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the real estate profession into the classroom. Her multifaceted roles include Realtor, Licensed Real Estate Instructor, Certified Mentor, Commercial Real Estate Paralegal, Real Estate Investor, and Commercial Construction Project Manager. While actively practicing as a Realtor, Heather's true passion lies in teaching and mentoring. Committed to paying it forward, she shares her wealth of knowledge with newcomers entering the real estate field. Prior to opening CORE, Heather taught for over 7 years at other local real estate schools. The below testimonials are just a sampling of reviews she received from her prior students.
So what exactly does CORE stand for? As Heather would go off to teach, her boyfriend would always say, "Have fun at the College of Real Estate Knowledge!" Of course, we are not a college, university, nor would the State Real Estate Commission approve such a name for a local real estate school. So, as the song goes...CORE Knowledge was its name!
