Pa Real Estate Broker license requirements

•     Be at least 21 years of age.
•     Complete and pass 240 hours of state approved Broker Pre-License courses.
•     Be actively engaged in the real estate business for at least 3 years.
•     Submit application to State Real Estate Commission with the appropriate fee.
•     Pass the exam.

If you are an attorney currently licensed and active in Pennsylvania or hold a 4-year degree in real estate, the above requirements may be waived.  Please contact the State Real Estate Commission for more information.
