continuing education requirements for 1st time renewals

Per PA State Real Estate Commission, real estate licensees renewing for the first time must complete a specific set of continuing education modules.   These include two seven-hour courses: 

• General Module 
• Residential Module or Commercial Module, depending on your practice

C.O.R.E. offers as a continuing education package both the General Module and Residential Module.

Real estate licensees who are licensed less than six months prior to the renewal deadline are exempt from the continuing education requirements for the first renewal cycle. However, licensees must still renew their license.

Licensees who obtained their license after December 1, 2021 are required to take State Real Estate Commission 14 hours of mandated continuing education modules (General Module and Residential or Commercial Module).
